MakersDrop (makersdrop.app) is operated by Access Alerts LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use MakersDrop.

1. What MakersDrop is

MakersDrop is a directory where app makers ("Makers") list their apps for 24-hour periods ("Drops"). Anyone can browse and "glow" (show appreciation for) listed apps for free without an account. Listings link to third-party app stores and websites that we don't control and aren't responsible for.

2. Maker accounts

You need an account only to drop apps. You must be at least 18, give accurate information, and keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.

3. Drop credits

• Each Drop uses one credit and runs for 24 hours from its start time, then appears in the Afterglow for up to 7 days.
• Credits are sold in packs through our reseller Paddle.com (see section 8). Purchased credits don't expire.
• Promotional (free) credits expire 30 days after they're claimed, have no cash value, and are limited to one promo code per account.
• Credits are not transferable and can't be exchanged for cash except as described in our Refund Policy.
• Placement, ranking and visibility of Drops are not guaranteed and may change, including through shuffling, sorting and filters.

4. Listing rules

You may only list apps you own or are authorized to promote. Drops may not include or link to:

• Sexual or adult content, gambling, tobacco or vaping, marijuana or cannabis, alcohol, or weapons
• Hate, harassment, or content that demeans people based on protected characteristics
• Partisan political promotion (neutral civic tools such as polls and polling-place finders are allowed)
• Scams, get-rich-quick schemes, malware, phishing, or deceptive links
• Anything illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights

We review Drops automatically and by hand and may hold, reject or remove any Drop at our discretion. If a Drop is rejected before it goes live, the credit is returned. Accounts with three rejected Drops may be closed; purchased credits on accounts closed for rule violations are not refunded. Links may be re-checked while a Drop is live.

5. Glows, views and reports

Glows are positive-only. Don't manipulate glows, views or clicks (for example with bots or multiple accounts). We may remove artificial activity and suspend accounts involved. Anyone may report a Drop; reported Drops may be paused for review.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of your app name, logo and description. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display them on MakersDrop and in our promotion of MakersDrop (for example social posts and emails featuring Drops).

7. Disclaimers and liability

MakersDrop is provided "as is". We don't endorse listed apps and aren't responsible for them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to MakersDrop is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

9. Changes and contact
